Games are rigged and manipulateable
Games are rigged and manipulateable. Seems like they are also monitoring and analyzing user Behaviour. Games are even (rigged) auto-saving when i have specific Thoughts.

Ubisoft Connect, just another money hungry corporation.
Ubisoft Connect is straight-up garbage. Asking me to 2FA my PC constantly. The only workaround is to ensure to hit the X in the upper right, in order to prevent it from making me log back in. Trusted PC that's a laugh, I have trusted my PC to my account at least 50 times. This application is broken and furthermore, you must have the in-game overlay active, in order to use the store in-game. I am tired of these companies, forcing their garbage down our throats, just to play a game. Anyone remember the days of N64? No microtransactions, no side application to play Mario, no account to put the game in your console and just play. Money hungry corporations, that just don't care about the consumer.

I had an issue with a CD key so I contacted ubisoft support as anyone would, there service is terrible, they dont answer anyou of your questions. It seemed that they would just send me 1 of 3 emails on repeat. It was pitiful, fortunately I watched a video on youtube showing a way to fix my issue, but no thanks to ubisoft.
I would highly advise to not even bother with ubisoft support

Forcing online connection to work
I recently bought Anno 1800. Unfortunately it can't be played offline despite being a single player game. Ubisoft connect refuses to start the game offline, it seems to be Ubisoft policy. The issue is that i always need to restart ubisoft connect just to start the game because the start fails every single time even when online, except for the very first time right after starting ubisoft connect. Furthermore people have said ubisoft connect significantly reduces fps because data are being sent every single frame. Its a really annoying company policy. I bought the game just let me play it offline. A lot of people pirate the game just for that reason. Ubisoft is run by complete bafoons.

Only good for digital pc orders
Over the years, I have used ubisoft store and as long as i was buying digital pc product most of the things worked fine. the few recent issues i had were inexcusable:
1. my order was marked as dispatched but only the cheapest part of it was and it took me 2 months to get the rest of the order.
2. asked for refund of preorder and was told it was sent but it wasnt, happened 3 times for same product and i give up as my loss after weeks of chasing.
3. i wanted to upgrade my version of the preorder but the only way to do is to cancel current preorder and make a new order so what happened? my new preorder which i made for the version of the game was cancelled even though there wasnt any mention of it in my preorder cancellation request and now not only did i lose 100 points, i still havent got the preorder i requested cancelled and havent heard from support for some time now... i think this may be another lost case

If I could give it a 0 I would. Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. Nothings ever f ucking working, can't even change the damn email to my account let alone play a game I FUCKI NG PAYED 35 DOLLARS FOR. SORRY ASS EXCUSE FOR A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY ABSOLUTE D O G S H I T. Over the past 5 years I've had my ubisoft account every single time I've tried to login to play my games it never works ever and there's always a problem to come with it, and with that problem come stress because their systems are never working and doing what they're supposed to. Such a disappointment of a company

Assassins creed origins, it was fun but it wasn’t that good and the worst part about the game was playing as say, example the last target to kill where you have to play at say, you don’t have jack sh!t and you don’t know what skills you have, I LOVE playing with aweful daggers that I literally NEVER used until I had to play as Anya and worse gotta love I have to go in close with this fücking wh0re who attacks in EVERY direction around him so I can dodge and the only way to do even a little damage is with the adrenaline over power thing

Poor Excuse Of A Billion Dollar Company
Awful. None of their games are up to standard as they promise multiple new features like cross-platform that just never get implemented. Their app Uplay has a poor layout and is hard to navigate. Their games are a poor excuse for a company worth $4.5 Billion. They need to get their stuff together because you will be disappointed.

I used to care....
I used to love Ubisoft, but not anymore, holy hell this company is about to become "Activision Blizzard 2.0"... Their s**t never works, and if you accidently start a game on steam "WITHOUT" launching Ubisoft Connect in the background, your ubisoft WILL NOT login you directly into the game, rather it will let you get stressed over 3rd party accounts... GET YOUR S**T TOGETHER.

Worst Customer support
I have spent countless hours on support but received 0 help. They constantly end the chat abruptly. They ignore everything you say. Its just all round the worst support I have ever seen by a MILE.
